Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your boat rental for any reason up to 48 hours of your rental date for a full refund minus $50 processing fee. You can reschedule at no charge. If you cancel less than your 48-hour period before your reservation date, we can ONLY reschedule, there will be no refund.
In the case of bad weather on the day of your boat rental, please call before 10 am to reschedule your boat ONLY, at no charge. If the National Weather Service suggest a 50% or more chance of rain or thunderstorm the day of your rental, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and you can ONLY reschedule your reservation for a later date that is available to be rented. If you do not call to reschedule your reservation due to bad weather which includes: rain or the possibility of rain, thunderstorm or the possibility of thunderstorm, gusty winds or high winds or the possibility of gusty or high winds, lightning or the possibility of lightning, at least 48 hours in advance, and WE determine the above mentioned factors are possible, You forfeit your refund and can only reschedule at no charge.
If you do not appear for your rental boat without notification, we will have to charge you the full rental price.
